What Made Me Insane
Dishes were always a big issue in my house. In the beginning, I would keep everything clean as a perfect Martha Stewart kitchen. One of my greatest pet peeves is seeing people leaving a complete mess on their tables at restaurants. To me it makes me feel like that is very disrespectful to the employees, especially whenever you can easily pick it up yourself or there is a garbage near by. I’ve always been a clumsy person so it's hard for me not to make a mess. But what I learned was that it's okay to be a little messy sometimes just to make sure you clean up after yourself if allowed the opportunity. I partially blame my father for this pet peeve of mine.…

In the Tragic History of Hamlet, by William Shakespeare, , the sane Hamlet occasionally switches between sanity and insanity. When madness orders Hamlet’s purpose, he puts on an “antic disposition” (I.V.463). On the other hand, when sanity proves worthy, Hamlet continues back to being logical. Hamlet claims he is “mad north-north-west (II.ii), meaning he is mad sometimes and sane other times. To achieve his goals, Hamlet continues back and forth between sanity and insanity, which ironically, shows his goal of revenge.…

My experience differed because I didn't think that the baby would be fussy and need a lot of time. This project affected my routine completely. I planned to get a lot of school work done during the weekend but it was nearly impossible due to the fact that the baby needed my attention most of the time. I also had to ask for days off at work, this also proves that when you're a mom you have to let things go in order to care for your children. After spending time with the baby it gave me a different perspective on teen pregnancy, I now know that you have to be ready to become a parent. Having a baby at a young age isn't…

One of the many routines I have on a daily basis is doing the dishes and putting them in the dishwasher. I try to do the dishes while my son is asleep, however; at times my son would wake up crying for his needs to be met. One day, I was doing the dishes while Greyson was asleep and he woke up from his nap crying. Since I was just about done with the dishes when he started crying, I immediately put the last dish in the dishwasher and turned it on. Once the dishwasher was done, I was going to put the clean dishes up but I looked at they were all still dirty and at that very moment I realized that I forgot to put dishwashing soap in so they would get cleaned. Needless to say, I had to re-run the dishwasher with dishwashing soap so I could have clean…

Holden Caulfield is an insane person in a sane world. What is insanity? Insanity is when you’re in a state of mind that prevents normal perception, behavior or social interaction. This state is mental illness. Insanity is when you do things in deranged or outrageous ways that could frighten people, or make people feel uncomfortable when around you. It’s when you do things out of the ordinary; yet feel as if they are ordinary. Insanity could come about when you’re depressed, or after a traumatic event, and sometimes even by keeping all your feelings bottled up inside of yourself. Sane people are sensible, reliable, well-adjusted and practice sound judgment. It’s behavior that is expected in a society. By these definitions Holden Caulfield is an insane person in a sane world due to his inability to deal with the real world, his obsession with irrelevant details, and his overly judgmental and critical nature. as crazy because i am so young and carrying a baby. I did not feel inconveinenced about my baby, because my partner was not here the whole two weeks so i do not know what its like to carry it around and take care of it. What i learned from watching my friends take care of their babies, is that it is hard to carry everything around and to take care of it. I also learned that it is better to wait to have kids because it is hard to focus on school when you have to take care of it. I do not think my parteners participation was equal and fair, because he had to take care of it for two weeks, and i never got it one day. That must have been hard. It was hard to keep the schedule because he was always gone on the days i was supposed to the baby. I…

The first type of person I encountered was the dirtiest I had lived with. She refused to take out the trash every week, leaving me to do the dirty work. If it were not for me, trash would have been piled up all over the floor. I even had to empty the trash can in her room. In the beginning of our relationship as roommates, we agreed we would do our own dishes. That agreement lasted a total of three days. Not only did she leave dirty dishes in the sink, she would leave them all over the house. Although there was an attempt to stifle the urges, I caved in and cleaned up all the dishes when I noticed more bugs appearing around the house. I lived like this for about three months and moved in with the next roommate.…
