So with that in mind people, many times will abuse it or try to gain it in any form of unjust way. Also, by the power, it refers to money, which is one of the most dominant forms. People will go to extreme measures just to gain it. They were lying to get rid of people that they didn't like or if the person causing problems for them. Today people Filing lawsuits could be doing the exact same thing but for different reasons. For example, someone could give consent and then later turn around and file a hefty lawsuit for sexual harassment. They would begin suing mainly for the money, and since sexual harassment cases have been a huge problem and most to through, you would win the case and the money. This shows that once an enormous problem occurs people could blow up the problem, assuming that it is happening everywhere due to something like fear.
