I strongly believe that you should make the best of everything in life. Whether its a situation or its to see the good in everything that life has to offer you. I also believe that whether you choose to make a difference in your own life, someone elses, educate others or just work hard, than you have the ability to give your life meaning.

i believe that racism is being brought out more and more everyday by society alone. Racism alone can cause major probkems and serious consequences(in example: ferguson riots) but when you get others involved including media, its brought out to be bigger than what it is. I believe we all belong to one race, no matter what you belive in, the color of your skin, or the culture your form and thats the human race. I feel as human beings we have been unable to se and experience th uniqueness of different ethnic groupd because fear and discrimintaion has taken control. This is a serious problem thats not only going on in america, but the middle east, africa, europe and australia, that many seen scared to discuss. If we all just accepted eachother for who we are, we could minimize racism all over the

Racism is a very strong word. To many people, it means many different things. The actual definition is when a person or group of people feels superior to another because of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or simply who they are. So pretty much what makes a person human. Every since the Americans first brought over the slaves from Africa, racism has been a problem. Since the 1930s, after the Civil War, racism still exist in North America, and in the most awful ways possible. From there, racism has changed greatly. It is difficult to say whether or not that change has been good or bad, but just the fact that it has changed should be enough. Think about it; before, humans were using whips and nooses, but now, people use guns and poison.…

Racism is a topic that has always been controversial for a countless number of years. It has been a serious topic since the beginning of America. Everyone has been a victim of racism at least one time in their life; no matter what race they may be. But what is racism? Racism is a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others. Racism comes in different forms of stereotypes, limitation, and assumptions that affect certain ethnic groups differently than others but all have the same negative effect. This then creates stereotypical power status, giving the illusion of how one racial group is superior compared to others. An example that shows great understanding of the issue is the article, “White Fragility: Why It’s So Hard to Talk to White People About Racism” by Dr. Robin DiAngelo who explains how the topic of racism plays a huge role is social interaction between people of different ethnic groups. The author states, “It became clear over time that white people have extremely low thresholds for enduring any discomfort associated with challenges to our racial worldviews.” (DiAngelo, 36) This displays the power of stereotypes to spread around communities about each ethnic group, resulting in them facing daily obstacles of how to handle racial profiling situations that results in people not being able to protect their racial feelings and human rights, challenge white authority, meritocracy which is addressing the issue of unequal right between racial groups, and white centrality. Overall, racism is just but one of the many factors that contribute to this broken state of…

Racism is a highly debated topic in the US. Just one look on the media will show you how people have different opinions on racism and how they react about it. Groups like Black Lives Matter have popped up. This because they believe racism is a growing issue in the US. Others believe it has gone down or is gone completely and people are just overreacting about it. I believe racism is an ongoing issue which is becoming worse because of media, how people grew up, where they grew and what myths they heard during their childhood.…

Racism is a belief that one person is better than other because of their skin color, language or their birth place. Racism has existed throughout human history and it’s still going on today. I believe it because I am a Muslim and after 9/11 Muslim Americans faced negative stereotypes expressed by society and became objects of suspicion. My dad was one of them. My dad was told to shave his beard in order to work because beard is a symbol of a Muslim man. My father looked for other jobs but everywhere it was the same. So, he shaved it. This example might not be a very big deal, but it was in my family. So that’s why I strongly believe that America is still not making any progress about racism in twenty-first century but I am hopeful about…

I have always wanted to stop racism. I hate race in general. I find race to be nothing but a human made thing. I believe that everyone is a human and that we should not be dehumanized because of what race society categorizes us to be. Almost everyday on the news, you hear of some case where a person has been bullied or mistreated so bad that they commit suicide. Most of the time they are bullied simply because they are unique. Racism is an act where a person or group of people are discriminated against because of a particular characteristic, or set of characteristics, they have whether its from race, skin color, or religion. Some ways to eliminate racism are to stand up for your beliefs while respecting the beliefs of others, not taking part in hurtful acts, and also if you see a form of racism not…

Even though people think racism is one attitude in and of itself, it can manifest in many different ways. A racist attitude can lead to brutality, prejudices, and profiling. Racism is something that never should have, and never should be tolerated. Pride in one's heritage is a basic human right that everyone deserves. Racial equality is something that today's society needs to be striving for. To accomplish this, humanity needs to more have mutual respect and empathy for each other. Do you believe racism is still a problem today? Have you ever experienced or witnessed a racist act? Racism is the belief that all members of each race in the world today possess characteristics or abilities that pertain specifically to that race, especially to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races. Although, some people do not have any issues at all with the concept of racism; majority of people living in America deal with racism in their everyday lives. Essay On Racism

In my opinion, I feel as racism is a bigger issue than people think. It is one person hating another because of a color. When I look at a person, I see a living, breathing human being. I do not see black or white. Although I do not believe racism can fully be abolished from people’s minds, I believe there is a way to stop the hate crimes that come from racist people and diminish the amount of racism people outwardly show. In order to reduce racism in our society, I believe we should start teaching about God in schools. Although religion should not be forced upon students, I feel as if it will make a large difference in how people act. Racism is about power to a certain extent. Some white people feel as if they are a better person or more important than a black person, and vice versa. The media can help in this aspect of diminishing racism. Rather than showing every act of hate because of race, they can show the good in races. Many black and white people get along, and many are also married to each other. Interracial relationships are more common in my generation than they have ever been. I believe news channels should show more of the positive side of black and white people working together, rather than against each…

Racism existed thousands of years ago and still resides in our communities to this day. Whether societies see it or not, the problem will always be there. It is just a matter of how the problem is dealt with. Many choose indifference. They hear about the crisis and could even experience it firsthand. However, because it is not directly affecting them, they choose to walk away and ignore it. This was something which commonly happened throughout the…
