Would the marketing strategy still be appropriate or would certain aspects of it need to be modified as kulula.com became more established and the macro and competitive environment changed? In answering these questions, you will be demonstrating your knowledge of strategic planning material.
Each of the four questions is weighted equally.
Use business strategy models and concepts to analyse the case.
The total word count for the four questions must not exceed 4500 words. Any background information on the company can be placed in the appendix which will not be considered in the word count.
