If this major issue is putting our planet at stake… what are we doing about it? I’ll tell you, but the answer might be shocking… absolutely nothing!! Wall-E is looking into our planet’s destiny and by the looks of it… it doesn’t look too bright. Our film study on Wall-E highlights the impact today has on tomorrow. In Wall-E, humans can no longer live on earth and must live on a spaceship, otherwise known as the axiom, because planet earth can no longer support life! Evo Morales, the current Bolivian president said the following: “Sooner or later, we will have to recognise that the Earth has rights, too, to live without pollution. What mankind must know is that human beings cannot live without Mother Earth, but the planet can live without humans.” This quote is an excellent representation of what is shown in Wall-E. Pollution, in the world of Wall-E, drove out the humans, leaving a depleted
