Good morning to Ms. Shivani and my friends. Today, I would like to have a speech about racial discrimination. Racism is totally wrong; it brings a lot of impact to society and it is so much better if there is no racism in the world. Therefore racial discrimination should be eliminated. Although these days there are not many cases of discrimination but it is still happening. How many of you still believe that racism still exist today?
(Yes) Ya, you are right. It is still exist today. It is occurs in school, workplace, and daily lives.
(No) you are wrong. It still exists today. Let me show you some pic. Actually racism happened in school, workplace and daily lives. Racial discrimination is an unfair treatment on people with the negative attitudes and assumption which based on their cultural background. Racism like any other form of prejudice and oppression is completely wrong. Vilify (vilˌfī), oppress (əˈpres), persecute (ˈpərsəˌkyo͞ot) and terrorize (ˈterəˌrīz) others for their selfish amusement or aggrandizement (əˈgranˌdīzmənt) is socially unacceptable and entirely wrong. Everyone on this planet has the equal and inalienable (inˈālēənəbəl) right to be treated with dignity. There is no people has the right to take over your right. Racism (rāˌsizəm) is a completely incorrect theory. It has been one of the causes of much evil happen in the world. We can’t choose what races we are and there is nothing wrong with the colour of black, brown or yellow. I believe everyone is created equally. Racism destroys our morality. No matter what a person’s culture or religious belief, racism is based on hypocrisy (hiˈpäkrisē). To illustrate (ˈiləˌstrāt) this point, the Christians have a commandment (kəˈmandmənt) issued by Jesus (ˈjēzəs) “love you neighbour as you love yourself.” Most religions have similar concepts governing social morality. Besides, racism damages communities by limiting the contribution of its member and destroys peaceful co-existence and co-operation
