Jab Milegi Roshni Mujhse Milegi

Here is a wonderful poem by Ram Avtar Tyagi. I see in it a plea for preservation of our culture and the frustration of the poet on the sad fact that it has become necessary to make such a plea - Rajiv Krishna Saxena

In today’s world, only falsehood survives and prospers. Genuineness has no scope. We all feel this at times as we see the non-deserving sycophants get ahead in life whereas the truthful hard-worker languishes. Here is a lovely poem depicting this scene. Rajiv Krishna Saxena

Ramgopal RAhi – Laxmibai ki Amit Kahani

I have read your essay “Hip Hop Planet,” and the subject of this article is about teens being taken over by hip hop music. I understood the occasion because you had a nightmare when your daughter brought home a thug/rapper. A lot of your life you tried and ignored hip hop. Hip hop has spread out through all around the world. In 26 years you have come to embrace this style of music. I believe you wrote this article because you are worried about the influence it would have on our future civilization and I believe the intended audience was us young adults.…

Poetry is a universal language, one that conveys meaning (emphasis) and speaks volumes to the lives of many. It surpasses the boundaries of time through allowing readers to relive the emotions that poets express and creates a visceral response from readers and listeners. Our modern world is highly focused on mundane concepts and issues with all of the society (emphasis) engrossed in egocentric, superficial ideals. We have become too busy to consider and care about the important issues and topics in society. Poetry is vital, in that it draws us out of the social amnesia society is trapped within through manifesting a presence within readers that is so stimulating (emphasis) to the extent where we can find different parts of ourselves and reflect upon our lives and the society we have been trapped in.…

“There is a pupil of the eye inside the pupil which itself is inside the pupil of the eye, some rare Sadhu has seen it. There is a lotus of four petals in Trikuti which is the region of Om, reveals great Saint Kabir Sahab. Param Guru Huzur Sahabji Maharaj, fifth Revered leader of Radha soami faith and founder of Dayalbagh also explains; “The greatest discovery that has ever been made or that shall ever be, and the highest truth that has been communicated to humanity or that shall ever be, is that there is nothing higher or nobler than our Atman”. Truth, Absolute reality, Supreme Bliss , Refulgence and love are realized as essence of the Spiritual essence that is the Originator, Sustainer and Absorber of the entire Creation. This essence is “Chaitanya” or “ Supreme Consciousness’ of the Primeval Spirit Force in creation and also the essence of man. Man is microcosm while the creation is Macrocosm. Thus as in man who has three dimensions of physical body, intelligent mind and essence of spirit there are three dimensions of Physical Matter, Universal Mind and Supreme Reservoir of Spirituality in the Creation. In the Religious traditions the supremacy of the Spirit is taken axiomatically. Highest levels of Spiritual Consciousness are sought to guide the lives of men and human societies. The essence of mystical experiences has all been one across all religious traditions. In fact “Spiritual Consciousness” has been the fulcrum of all attempts at defining Religion’ which according to ‘Eliade’ is an experience of the ‘Sacred” an experience of the ‘wholly other’ for ‘Otto’ and Scholarly study of the “Sacred” for ‘Tillich’. According to Dr Radhakrishnan the term ‘Consciousness’ is often used as alternative to Spirit, as where it is said that Consciousness and matter are the two aspects of Parabraham or that consciousness is the purest form of cosmic force yet…

Truth is perceived as a virtue in our society. Honesty is planted into the human mind and is encouraged to apply it throughout their life. For example, many people from their childhood are thought to be honest no matter how difficult it may be and are granted accolade, for the encouragement of doing it again. Honesty is favored in life by everyone, so people know the facts and build our character on it. People use honesty on our likes and dislikes in life, and by letting others know a part of our lives. Everyone is entitled the right to be sincere, but there are those who are imposters of candor because honesty is difficult to express rather than lying which requires minimal courage that a number of people do not have. However, truth is a luxury. When one speaks the truth it does not require any effort and it is the honest opinion of an individual who is not petrified of the result of the action. The author, R.K. Narayan, reveals through irony in the short story, “Like the Sun”, that candor ultimately has pleasant and unpleasant consequences.…
