There are various risks associated with corporations aiming or trying to grow. Brunching into a new market or a different country hat its own risks which any company aiming to do so needs to assess effectively before they make the decision. Every company if not all, aims to grow. The purpose of the growing is to be able to compete effectively in their market and also to increase in revenue and as result derive more profit. There are various ways a business can grow.

Introducing new products to a new or existing marketing: Many organisations as time goes on takes the change to develop new products and introduce them to their market or try to extend to other markets. Large supermarkets chains which used to deal in consumable products have now brunched into different markets like clothing, technology and insurance. Taking the chance to attract more customers for a business is another way for any corporations to grow and to expand their market share. The growth of a business is termed by how much market share they generate, how much profit they make. Selling more products or service to wider is usually a good way for any business to grow and stay in the market. They have to make sure they target the right audience with ten right product at the right time.

Businesses grow when they have the resources to expand and opportunities exist for growth. Explain how the acquisition of Berendsen provided such a good opportunity for the Davis Service Group. With Barendsen being a market leader in the production of textiles in different European countries, it was a good acquisition for Davis Group to buy into their success and base on that to build their company instead of starting a new company afresh.
