Unit 1: It Takes Courage
To overcome any experience or problem in life is to let it stop you or get in your way of your focuses or goal. Different to what other people think or believe, overcoming problems in life does not involve physical strength or emotional skill. To accomplish whatever obstacles you face all you need is determination that only you can live your life the way you choose to no matter what. It is your choice so succeed or fail.
To succeed does not mean you have to go beyond and above to overcome every problem. The only thing you need to do to succeed in any situation is to remove the anxiety, or belief you express toward the situation. It is not the situation it is the effort or effortlessness to your response to the situation.
