I also looked at tuition reimbursement for further education when assessing what companies I wanted to apply for. It is a benefit for both parties because the employee gets to improve their skills and then implement those skills to better the company. The company I will be working for has the tuition reimbursement option, but it is only an option after a certain amount of time within the company.

As the world of work has become more complex, many workers need training to avoid losing their jobs or being passed over for promotion.
