(H) Why is my supervisor Mr. Christopher Cox and director Major Javier Trevino has taken this situation to such a great length to accuse me of telling a story when they know I didn’t? (It seem as if they have fusing deceitful and negative documentations on me to try to fire me).

(I) Are they trying to build up fraudulent and negative documentation on me to Fire me unlawfully?

(J) Why would a true small misunderstanding of only four hours be charged for five-day suspension? (This seem to be very demeaning and harsh).

A. I informed you that I was in the middle of recovery from my old Workers Compensation Claim. I was attending therapy and receiving dry Needle Stick Treatment. I would like to add I was also receiving Schelling treatment after my surgery to my shoulder. Please see treatment areas of the following

1. Left shoulder
2. Upper and lower trapezius area
3. Upper front, lower and back of my shoulder

I also informed you that I was having server spasms, in those areas upon transferring to the ASBBC department for the new position. I would like to include numbness and tingling, and server headaches dizziness, nausea and light headedness when staining or setting for a long time to my systems. I would like to stress Mr. Christopher Cox and Major Trevino was clearly aware of all of my systems. During my first day and introduction meeting at the ASBBC, Major Trevino were first informed by Mrs. Col Calera that I had surgery and was still in pain, and I was going to therapy. After COL. Eva Calera informed this to Major Trevino I informed him of all my systems above that I was having. In addition, upon meeting Mr. Christopher Cox I informed him about my surgery, pain, treatment and systems as well. In-which I constantly give medical notes from my therapist and doctor to my director Major Javier Trevino and my supervisor Mr. Christopher

After Al’s time at the hospitals, Al enrolled in a rehabilitation facility, Magee (Bauby, 1997, p. 104).
