It is an Ayurvedic remedy which is available in powder form. It is used for the treatment of bloating and constipation. The medicine is based on Northern Indian Ayurvedic theories. Take one to two grams with milk or hot water, one or two times daily, before or after meal, or as instructed by the doctor. Over dose of the medicine can cause diarrhoea. Self medication is discouraged. Hypertensive patient should take extra care. It contains ginger, shatapushpa, senna leaves, rock salt and Balaharitaki.

Take one to three grams with rice washed water or honey, after or before meals, one or two times daily or as per the direction of the doctor. Over dose of the medicine can cause irregularity in menstrual bleeding. Shatavaryadi choorna

It is an Ayurvedic remedy which is available in powder form. It is used for the treatment of fatigueness, stress, weakness and tiredness. The medicine is usually used in northern India Ayurvedic theories. The medicine is also used for anti – aging procedure. Take one to two grams with honey, one or two times daily, before or after meals, or as instructed by the doctor. Usually there are no serious side effects of this medicine. It contains masha, khajura, svavamgupta and shatavari.

It is an Ayurvedic remedy which is available in powder form. It is used for the treatment of gastritis pain, bloating, anorexia and liver complications. The medicine is mostly used in Northern India ayurvedic theories. Take one or two grams of the medicine with ghee or water, one or two times daily, before or after meals, or as instructed by the doctor. Males having infertility treatment should not use it. Hypertensive people should use it carefully. It can cause diarrhoea. It contains sarjakshara, haritaki, jiraka, hingu, krishnaijiraka, rock salt and ajmoda.
