To What Extent Should Children Have Strict Rules

SOME PEOPLE BELIEVE THAT CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE VERY STRICT RULES OF BEHAVIOR, MANY OTHER BELIEVE THAT CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED TO DO ALMOST ANYTHING THEY WANT. TO WHAT EXTEND SHOULD CHILDREN HAVE TO FOLLOW RULES?
