Suicide, the tenth leading cause of death in the world, is a very contentious issue that needs to be handled a certain way (“Suicide Facts"). Netflix, a very famous streaming service, has released one of their biggest hits, “Thirteen Reasons Why.” The show is about the suicide of a teenage girl, Hannah Baker, who has recorded thirteen tapes, each a reason of why she ended her life, and has given directions to have the tapes be heard by all thirteen people mentioned on the tapes. Many enticing scenes are shown throughout the thirteen show series. The most powerful, accordingly, is the scene that shows Hannah’s death. “Thirteen Reasons Why” is a very controversial series with an everlasting impact on its watchers.
