ABSTRACT

Poverty in the Philippines or even in other countries still exists. Eight of ten Filipinos subsist under extremely poor conditions, earning below the poverty line, an independent research agency disclosed.(Claar,2007). Poverty reduction is a three-part problem. Poverty line among people will always be there so it is up to the person if he/she can survive for we can’t avoid it.
