The Person I Admire the Most
The Person I Admire The Most

Movie stars and singers, who make a lot of money and are famous, are teenager’s admiration. However, they don’t even know the person or their personality. To me admiration is a kind of respect. But there aren’t a lot of people in this world who have that kind of respect from me. My mother is the only person who has entered my life and made me look at things differently.

The first reason that I admire my mother is she teaches me about experience. Experience is what you learn as you go through your life. As a child, you always learned that people are really nice and generous. That is not true. As you step into the real world, you will see the person’s real face and all the different schemes. This has happened to me when I was in the sixth grade. When my class had a test and my friend did not know the answer , she asked me what the answer was and I told her what the answer, but when I have a problem and I asked her, she’s never answered me. Instead she'd say she doesn’t know or she hasn’t got there yet. I was really upset and unhappy but as I have learned this from my mother, I understand why my friend did that and I let it go easier.

Taking care of her children first before she can take care of her is the second reason why I admire my mother. Taking care of a person is not easy, and taking care of you at the same time is even harder. My mother always takes care of me first before she can take care of herself. For example, after a long day of work, she was really tired that she can just go home and have a nap. Instead, she made dinner for our family, washed our clothes and took a short time to look at my homework. And then she gets my backpack ready for the next day before she can even go to take a shower. Nobody had ever done this for me and there will be no one who would do the same thing like my mother besides her.

In conclusion, I admire my mother because she teaches me about life experience and she takes care of me before

I have a lot of people I look up to, but the one person who stands out the most is my mother. She has taught me more things than anybody else I know. Things that I will keep with me for a lifetime. Like how to keep on pushing even though I feel like giving up. She taught me how to be confident and believe in myself and not to let negativity bring me down. She taught me early on that there is a difference between what I want and what I need and material objects aren’t everything but that doesn’t mean I can’t spoil myself from time to time. It has helped me to keep balance in my life so wouldn’t over spend on things I didn’t need.…

Secondly, I admire her because of her strength. She’s been through hell and back, and, amazingly, she’s still here, standing tall. About eight years ago, my mom and dad were divorced. When I heard the news, I was so little, I broke down and cried. My father was my world, my everything, and to know that I could lose him at any given moment scared the life out of me. Just the other day, I asked my mom why she never cried. She responded, “Are you kidding me’’, I would cry all the time. I would cry when you kids were off at school. I would even cry myself to sleep sometimes. I just wouldn’t cry in front of you kids or your step-father, because I knew that I had to keep a straight face. I had to be the rock…

The things I have learned and continue to learn from my Mother are endless; she has taught me all of the founding principles of my life and for that I am eternally thankful. Though my Mother and I have many discussions on various subjects, within whom I learn many different things, I believe that many of the things I learn from her are discovered and observed from example. This summer would be an instance. Together, we faced many hardships that really pulled and tugged on our relationship. We worked through possibly one of the hardest things a mother could ever go through. It not only brought us closer together, but it made me realize how much she loves me, and how she is always going to be there for me. It is common knowledge that not everyone is perfect, even heroes, and in realizing this I know that I although I wish to be like my Mother in most ways I do not in all. This realization may be one of the most important things I have learned, my Mother has taught me to base my decisions in life not solely on the examples and actions of others but simply on what I gather and learn from the examples and actions of others. In other words, she has taught me not to follow blindly…

First, I adore my mother because she was supportive. I participated in a lot of extracurricular activities as a kid, and my mother was always there to encourage me. For example, at age five I began to play soccer on Saturday mornings for an organized team and even though my mother’s only time away from work was Saturday mornings she came to every game. Also, during my high school years I wanted to go on a church trip to Mexico, however the trip was expensive and I was unable to collect enough money to go. Nevertheless, my mother paid the remaining balance by working extra shifts. Lastly, when I wanted to volunteer to join The United States Air Force three months prior to my high school graduation she drove me to the military enlistment processing station and watched proudly as I signed my contracts.…
