1. Management summary
This research is carried out for the Marketing and Communication department at Andiamo DMC Italy with its headquarters in Rome.
Andiamo DMC Italy currently has a database with approximately 4000 clients. Andiamo is constantly trying to find new ways to attract new clients and enlarge its client database. In November 2014, Andiamo DMC has created a professional Flickr profile in order to be able to share pictures of their activities online. Unfortunately, Andiamo DMC does not use the features Flickr has to its fullest ability.

1. The monthly newsletter.
The Marketing and Communication department within Andiamo DMC is responsible for writing a newsletter on a monthly basis. The newsletter contains information on upcoming, ongoing or past events, changes within the company, important trends, information about new services and the newsletter contains social media button where clients can simply click on and easily subscribe to the company’s social media pages. This newsletter is sent to all the clients whose contact details are being kept in Andiamo’s client databases.
2. Mailings.
When there are big events coming up or a new Andiamo DMC product is promoted on the market, Andiamo informs its clients and all its other contacts through a mailing. This mailing is also written by the Marketing and Communication department. This mailing can be sent to the entire database or sent to more specific segments of the company’s database, for example to only Dutch clients. By sending the mailing to a specific segment of the client database, the company makes sure to target the right target group for that specific
