Every person in the world has been confronted with some kind of conflict at least once, and depending on your response it shows if you will either be successful or not. In my opinion, there are many ways to deal with conflict, and we can see this in the book, Things Fall Apart written by Chinua Achebe. I also see people dealing with conflict in real life and have had personal experiences with it. So, in Things Fall Apart, real life, and my life conflict is dealt with.It can determine what kind of person you are or will become. When I was younger my sister and I would fight all the time, and it never solved the problem that we had in the first place. We had fights almost everyday, so eventually my mom made us stay in our room till we worked it out. We worked out our differences, and the fighting became less frequent. My sister and I solved our difference problem in a great way by talking through our problems. I have also though dealt with conflict in a negative way. In third grade one kid was always making fun of me so I decided that I needed to fight back, which was not a good decision. I went up to the kid and hit her. That resulted in me being sent home and grounded for weeks. I could have tried a peaceful solution like I did with my sister.
In conclusion, there are two ways to deal with conflict and people can choose either the peaceful way or the violent way. One way people will accomplish things and the other way can lead to a problem much worse that in the beginning. Conflict is dealt with everyday by everyone weather it is big or small, and people need to choose the right way to deal with it that will lead to a better

Conflict between people is a part of life and it is not necessarily a bad thing. I believe a relationship with frequent conflict may be healthier than one that seems to completely perfect or does not have any observable conflict. Conflicts can occur at many different levels of interaction, work, among friends, family members, and intimate relationships. When conflict occurs a relationship can be weakened or strengthened depending on the conflict and its resolution. Thus, conflict is a very critical event in the course of any relationship.
