The Importance Of Appointment Books As A Medical Assistant
The appointment book/s assist Medical Assistant by providing notes and spacing for up to an entire year for patient visits. This allows information for not only the patient, but also the physician who may have different events other than office visits. Appointment books also have what is know as a matrix that allows a Medical Assistant to structure time that is unavailable to for patients to have clinical and or office visits. Though physicians may have other professional obligations such as emergencies, delays and or late arrivals. For easy access many offices use computerized appointment to billing information. These events may consist of meetings, vacations, and hospital rounds within the physicians daily schedule. Documentations such as
