The Change Of The Iron Industry In Minnesota
The iron industry was very popular in Minnesota it also changed in Minnesota in many ways. The iron industry started in 1892 with a man named Henry Oliver, Oliver owned a steel manufacturing company and he wanted to find a reliable source of iron ore so he started the Oliver Mining Co.

Oliver was rich but he wasn't rich enough to pay for a huge mining operation so he went to the two most richest people in the world John Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie, Oliver made deals with them and they helped to fund the operation but in return they each controlled a certain part of the mines and they all became very rich.
