The Case Of Confusion Analysis
In "The Case of Confusion", Alexis is attempting to understand herself better by searching the web and looking into self-help books at the bookstore. Moreover, She focused on her recent behavior towards others; which is rather irritable. In my opinion, Her strategy is unhealthy and, to a certain extent, vulnerable. Consequently, she derived confusion mainly as a result of the placebo effects that self-help sources bring about. The advice that I would give her is to simply avoid over analyzing her situation.

Placebo is a type of treatment that researchers often use in clinical trials to better understand the effect of a drug. The treatment is designed to trick the subject into believing that they are under the influence of the actual drug.
