Immigration Benefits America In the years 1981-2013 the work force grew 43% just from immigration (Bier). That alone is just one of the most economically changing effects of immigration. About 18% more of the immigrant population are employed than anyone citizens (Furman), which that fact alone shows that immigrants have driven up the American economy. Even immigrant businesses have employed 4,700,000 americans (Furman). These facts concerning immigration support the argument that immigration is making America a better functioning country, this causes immigration to benefit American industry and business. Immigration has opened up many American businesses and has employed millions of citizens alone, not counting other immigrants. For example,

Another effect that these mass amounts of people coming to America have is plainly having too many people in America, stated before, overpopulation is an obvious problem. We could’ve stopped all of this if states started to outlaw immigrants starting businesses and working before 2010 (Nueman). That alone would have cut down the numbers we face now. But, while the numbers of immigrants pouring in are alarming, this can only benefit america by making its profit and worker numbers go up. Having the workers here in the US have only made the amount of jobs increase (Bier). So if we as american citizens can tolerate a little more people living in our home country, than we can only benefit from the mass amounts of money we have
But, listen above, it also does the opposite. But, maybe together we as a world can come together and work out better laws, maybe make conditions in other countries better so it doesn’t make people want to leave their homeland. There are so many people who have to grow up and live some of the best years of their life in a place that they are not happy in, or maybe they are just looking for more and know that they are better and can achieve more than what their country can supply to them. But, with that, immigration hurts America in some ways. But, an increasing population isn’t anything that can really hurt us. All it does is call for a bigger production rate of supplies for any average american house. But, that's what the immigrants are helping with, making those products. As one united country, let us come together and look at the brighter side of things. Look at other people's perspective.
