After a week of Taco Bell’s new release of the "grillers” many people noticed less meat in their tacos. At Torchy's there never be a cut back on meat, in fact they are known to put more meat in their tacos over any other Tex-Mex restaurant. They are not only known by their unselfishness, but their very special meal the “Trailer Park”. This feast has fried chicken, green chilies, lettuce, pico de gallo and cheese on a flour tortilla topped off with poblano sauce in it. If someone gets this meal then most locals will tell them to “Make It Trashy”, which means to take the pico out and add queso. Since it adds queso it makes it much more fun and messy to eat. Torchy’s is also known for their famous nookies which are fried cookie dough covered in powder sugar and whip cream topped with chocolate sauce.
