One of Tesco’s main aims is to increase their sales. The way they are able to manage this is by providing their customers with a range of products which are only available online and not in store; this will encourage customers to purchase the items since they wouldn’t be able to purchase it from anywhere else. For example the products that are only available on the website but not in store are TV’s, CD’s, clothes, insurance, sim cards etc. Tesco ensure that they keep their website updated at a regular basis; they do this in order to maintain customers as well as attracting new customers. They present their website in an attractive and interesting way as this will attract more customers. Prior to Tesco’s making any changes to their website they ensure that they notify their customers first and keep them updated with any changes which may be made; this will also increase the sales since customers will not be surprised to any changes made but they would know about it, rather than having to access the website not knowing where to go and what to do due to the changes made. It is vital to keep customers satisfied and by enabling customers to know about the latest information with Tesco’s and any changes they will be making to their website then this will keep customers satisfied.…
