Tantalizing Monologue
Captivating. Engaging. Tantalizing. All of these were words that I can use to describe how I was feeling at that moment They were beautiful beyond comparison, and when they sang, they sounded like angels. Each of them looked like the most beautiful women you’d ever seen. Think a cross of all the members of Destiny’s child, a blend of Megan Fox and Scarlett Johansson, or just the entire female cast of Gossip Girl. They had all the societal aspects of a beautiful woman, long flowing hair, clear skin, and nice eyebrows. That wasn’t just the end of it. If you’d ever heard a choir of angels, that would be how they sounded while singing. No mortal person could reach their talent. All of them looked too nice and pretty to eat someone, but I followed …show more content…
That’s easier said than done, considering I am really into the song that thy were singing. It didn’t have any words, but it was just as good as the new Drake single, which is never a let down. If I remembered correctly from the story, once they had you in their sights, you were a goner, but not me. I was determined to find a way out of this. I tried to think about something else, particularly another song. Their song felt like a song that was replaying in your head and the best way i know to fix that is to get a new song in your head. Although I was humming a new song to myself, I still felt drawn to their song and could still feel myself inching towards them. At this point, i just kept thinking about how much I didn’t want my flesh in their mouths. I just wanted to make it out of this love so I could figure out what happens on the next season of Game of Thrones without reading the book, or at least read the books before I unfortunately met my death. As I get closer I realize that one of them had already started to bare their fangs. They were the ideal teeth of a killer, pearly and white, unstained. At least I was being eaten by people with nice teeth, that could possible soften the blow a little. I had finally reached my destination, and felt like I was practically knocking

Days and nights would pass by with Barbara unable to spot any difference in between. The routine had been formed; she’d wake up, go to work, visit the elderly house, return home to sleep. Repeat. Barbara at the age of 30 was worn out and exhausted. Her mother’s death had scarred her deeply, her children hated her and her husband had left her for some woman he had found at some bar.…

I haven't had the opportunity to read the book though I've wanted to after seeing the movie. It seems like a very violent descent into insanity in the movie, cut by pieces of harsh violence and yuppie culture. What I'd be curious of figuring out would be the entire internal monologue. Most of the movie rides on his monologue and very little on what people say or think as if they are just props in his life.…

In the second grade, I had a crippling fear of my teacher, who loved to play, “Let's pick on all the students who aren’t raising their hands.” In my imagination, school was where carnivorous teachers scanned the classroom, looking to slaughter the most helpless creatures. And it seemed like this one had clear intentions of mounting my prized head on the wall. This meant that I suffered from a chronic case of rapid heartbeat, timid eye contact, and tense palms that left imprints of red crescent moons on my thighs.…

I know you said you weren't trying to hurt me. I know you said you were trying to do this the best way you knew how. But when you stood there with your knife at my throat, and I begged you please, you still pressed it in. You heard me scream and beg, and you still dug deeper, until you couldn't hear me anymore. You could hear the blood gushing to the floor, the universe's way of saying you'd fucked up. But you'd already ripped out my throat, you couldn't go back from that.…

They all acted like 13 year olds the entire time, they got excited like that age does and looked like that age. They also seemed very close, they all talked like they were best friends and knew each other for quite some time. Their voices were very clear and loud, because I could hear them, even if the audience was clapping or even whooping. The actual lines were very smooth with each other, none of it seemed abrupt or too early. Talking about clear lines, Ava Duval (Star) didn’t have any trouble with her lines, and was very connected with her body movements.…
