Summary Of Playground Job By Tom Chang
Though this essay does tell of a playground job, it also conveys a much deeper story. This essay depicts an immaculate young man discovering himself and the career of his dreams.

Tom Chang seemed to be timid when entering into new territory, stating "I wasn't so sure I was the person for the job" (Chang 1). Chang proved himself to be wrong. He quickly recognized this as one of the greatest learning experiences he would ever have. Chang revealed his willing determination to conquer whatever the playground threw at him.

Chang exhibited compassion towards the children he worked with. He diligently tried to gain the respect and trust of these kids; the outcome surpassed his expectations. Chang was able to observe "how children responded
