Suicide is not the answer and self-harm is no better (Popovich, and Manitoba). You might not believe it but you are beautiful on the inside and out ("Must Not Cut. Must Not Cut. Must Not Cut."). Every day is a new day, the sun rises and sets and it gives you a chance a restart. ("Must Not Cut. Must Not Cut. Must Not Cut."). Things change over time and every problem has a solution (Popovich, and Manitoba). “Everything will be okay in the end, if it’s not okay, it’s not the end.” (Lennon) Focus on your facts of your situation and not your thoughts. Do not assume anything (Popovich, and Manitoba). There are always other options; suicide does not solve the problem, it is irreversible (Popovich, and Manitoba) ("Must Not Cut. Must Not Cut. Must Not Cut."). You do not know what the future holds for you. There is so much to live for (Popovich, and Manitoba) ("Must Not Cut. Must Not Cut. Must Not Cut."). If you are really focused on suicide visit a hospital or seek professional help. No situation is hopeless (Popovich, and Manitoba).Someone always loves you and once you commit suicide you hurt the people you least want to. When you commit suicide your soul does not go Heaven – you do not have an after life. The Bible teaches us to trust, depend on and believe in God. When you take your own life it shows no faith in God (Romans 8:28) (2 Timothy 4:68). Suicide is never the answer, it does not solve anything, there are always other options.
