Strength Deployment Inventory Paper
The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), by Elias H. Porter, Ph.D., is a self-discovery tool. It helps individuals understand their strengths, and weaknesses. The information learned through the SDI assessment has boundless business applications such as career development, leadership training, stress and conflict management, and a host of other applications. This paper will discuss my what I discovered about myself through the SDI exercise and how the learned information can be applied in real-life as well as in the workplace.
