We all believed the stories about monsters and ghosts that people told us when we were little. But what if those stories turned out to be true? When Jacob was a little, his grandfather told him many stories about his life as a child living with the peculiar children and their headmistress Miss Peregrine; however, as he grew older, and after his grandfather passed away, Jacob began to search for the truth behind those rather ludicrous tales his grandfather once told him about. Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children is a book that teaches a valuable lesson that is true even for a modern teen: be careful whom you trust because people can often be misleading.
