Smoking Cigarettes Is Harmful to Your Health
Time Management is basically planning and dividing one’s time in a constructive way. We have a limited span of life, and hence, we should utilize it as best as possible. Time is more precious than money’ because money lost in business or otherwise can be regained. But time once lost, can never come back. We all grow in time, live in time, and ultimately, perish in time. We must realize the value of time in order to be successful, prosperous and happy. Time should never be wasted in gossiping, roaming aimlessly or worrying about the past and the future. We should live in the present. There are no tomorrows and yesterdays; it is today which is important in man’s life.

“Time and Tide Waits for No Man” “Time is free, but it’s priceless. You can’t own it, but you can use it. You can’t keep it, but you can spend it. Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back.Yes, its sure and certain that time is like a river. As the current of the river flows ahead and never comes back. same is with time. once lost it cant be regained. Its truly said that,”Don’t count every hour in the day, make every hour in the day count.” we got to be very punctual and studies in our lives about time. The whole world runs along with it.If anyone remains back, he surely will be described as a loser in his life.It goes the same with famous JIm rohns as he says,Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money, but you cannot get more time.Time is like money. every day, hour, minute, second is precious for us.As we spend money wisely,in the same way our time should be spent very cautiously. For this time management is very essential.Another famous maxim goes ,”A stitch in time saves nine”. however we always misuse it.its proper utilization is very necessary.A farmer has to harvest his crops on time but if he neglects, the birds will eat those crops or untimely rain may destroy it.A successful man only knows the value of time because he has come

New research proves that “smoking is good for you”. No more diets and sacrifice for your favorite food; smoking helps you to drop the pounds. Studies suggest that nicotine acts as a strong appetite suppressant. Therefore, the more you smoke the less hungry you feel and the less you are likely to eat. Smoking cigarettes makes your heart beat faster, meaning your body uses more energy and burns more calories. When you smoke you will burn more calories than when you do not smoke. Did you ever take a few puffs and feel sick or like damage had been made to areas of your body? Of course not, correct? Many people claim that cigarettes calms them down and help them feel relaxed. Over 50 million continue to smoke, including over 3 million teens. An estimated three thousand teenagers begin to smoke each day. If we can get addicted to smoking, doesn’t that mean our body thinks it is good and just wants more? Surely it’s better to be relaxed and following your bodies cravings rather than angry and suffering. When were the last time you saw, some actual lungs which were very unhealthy and their state was directly linked to smoking cigarettes? Unless you are a doctor or a scientist, my guess is never. Lungs shrivel after years of smoking because their ability to absorb more oxygen from the air has greatly increased so they do not need to be as big. My next door neighbor who is 97 and smokes more than two packs of cigarettes every day, he would start laughing at my face, if I ask him that smoking may shorten your life. Though, his teeth look yellowish. If you continue using the same set of teeth for over 90 years and you think they should look like a white Perl. I put that down to the lack of good dentistry when he was younger. If something that relaxing shortens your life span then why would there be hundreds of million people practicing exercise, yoga and meditation on a daily basis? All these beliefs are not your own, if you haven’t…

“How often do you find yourself saying, “In a minute”, “I’ll get to it”, or “Tomorrow’s good enough” and every other possible excuse that you come up with? Compare it with how often you decide it’s got to be done, so let’s get on and do it! That should tell you just how serious your procrastinating problem really is” (Stephen Richards). Time management is a serious problem with approximately 80% of the population. Many people don’t know how to use time. Time is limited, so we better spend it on some fancy things and not waste it. The problem with time is that people usually don’t meet the exact time that they already set. It seems like when it comes to use time, nothing take place exactly to what had been done. The biggest population that doesn’t know how to use time is those Marshallese people. They really don’t know how to be on time. There is the saying “Marshallese time” which means for example, if the event was suppose to start at 5, Marshallese time mean 6. They always get late and maybe they really get used to this late attitude. Time management means to manage your time wisely and use them for the most important reasons such as study and all that. A person that can’t manage his/her time is really in a mess, compared to those that can manage their time, their life is all organized. Learn to manage time is not an easy thing that you can just snap and you know how to do. You must actually learn how to do it. Take the fact that you got to learn it seriously. There are plenty ways you can learn how to control your time, but there are only three that I think is the most and reasonable that a person must do. The three ways to learn how to manage time is to take a time management course, priorities your task, and learn to reduce stress.…
