Slavery To Me Research Paper
“Slavery did not begin in 1619 at Jamestown, but it is clear that within a generation of the arrival of these African captives, Virginia law began to recognize the existence of slavery within the colony. Also, it is erroneous to claim that the twenty Africans who arrived at Jamestown in 1619 represent the first Africans to set foot on the lands that eventually became the United States.”
Slavery has been a social issue for many years… it is present till this day. Unfortunately, it is just not as seen or it is hidden away from social media. Slavery to me is horrible, why should we shame people for they way one looks, is and so on. Slavery also happens in human trafficking… which is either a threat or use of force against a person without them
