In situations of civil unrest the people need a leader to led them to justice Martin Luther king Jr and Mahatma Gandhi rose to the accotion and led in the controversial times.
Gandhi counter british rule, led india to freedom and ignited the thirst for world wide freedom.
Martin Luther king utilized Gandhi’s teachings to help leb African Americans and minorities to civil rights for all. While their approaches for peace and equality are similar they are very different.
