The government should not raise the minimum wage.Nothing good can come from raising the minimum wage. And if any good comes from it will be cancelled out by all the bad. As unfortunate as it sounds, raising the minimum wage will cause a drop in the job market. If a major retailer had to raise their wages for their workers they would have to get the money from somewhere.
