SES and Javon met at the McDonald on New Hampshire and Randolph rd. to discuss how things were going on the job. Javon stated that things were great and that his hours had increased. Javon also was excited to show SES his new cellular phone and provide his new phone number. During the meeting SES provided coaching to assist Javon with two follow up call to Wendy's and McDonald's. Although the hiring managers were not available at both locations Javon did receive promises from both for follow-up. SES will look to meet with Javon in a weeks time to provide additional updates on his progress.

Furthermore, by appealing to a reader’s emotional or logical assumptions, the author can influence their ideas and thoughts on a certain issue.
