The school uses a communication display which is updated every afternoon to reflect the daily bus assignments, while the leadership staff has a hard copy to reference on the lot. Students coming to George’s if not already on campus must park at the LBJ parking garage. The parking garage has a 103ft clearance that makes it easy for cars and vans to get clearance as well 17 accessible parking spaces marked with signs. However, none of these spaces are designated van accessible. We would recommend that there be van accessible signs put up so that people know which parking…

Parking for team buses at this meet will be in the visitors’ parking lot at the northeast corner of the stadium. The only access to this lot will be via the Manzano Mile which is approximately ¼ mile east of Mustang Drive. As you drive up Manzano Mile you will pass by the baseball and softball fields and then turn left into the parking lot. Enter the stadium through the visitors’ entrance to the stadium. Since this is a school day you will not be able to get to the stadium via Mustang Drive. If you drive up Mustang Drive at this time of day you could get caught in end of school day traffic and be stuck for quite awhile.…

One of the most important negative aspects that I dislike about Montclair State University is the parking system. Most students at the University are aware that parking is indeed very difficult and can be extremely stressful at times. The worst part is that freshman and sophomores are required to park at the transit deck which is about a ten to fifteen minute walk. Parking in the transit deck is very time-consuming, and usually the reason most students are late to their first class.…
