Sarah Dawn Short Story

It goes something like this, but only something because the story has been altered by hundreds of people within the last decade that it’s physically impossible to know which version is actually true: Sarah Dawn was born on a sunny, windy day in a town in Virginia that didn’t exist on any map that wasn’t over three-hundred years old. There are only three left that still accurately portray the location of said town, said town being Bright Mill. Bright Mill wasn’t necessarily as small as it was irrelevant. It wasn’t known for its production of textiles, cotton, wheat, or anything for that matter. There was really no history to the town other than Charles Max’s great great grandfather swallowing three eggs whole and end up having a baby chicken grow inside of him. Needless to say, he didn’t make it and Charles’ family isn’t necessarily known for being the smart group of people. Aside from that, Bright Mill was irrelevant. And everybody was content with it, they were content with ignoring and being ignored. It was even said that the government had no knowledge of any of the citizens living there, so they all just did what they wanted when they wanted. And everybody was okay with that.
