Overview

This research was conducted in order to determine and analyze the areas of opportunity of the existing inventory system at Dennis and Gina General Merchandise and how the study can further enhance and develop it. The advantages and disadvantages as well as the reliability of this instrument were also part of the objectives. In order to answer these research goals, the researchers opted to obtain the view of human resource employees in line with this topic. Specifically, a total of 6 respondents were chosen to answer the research question through structured and non-structured interviews. The participants answered a survey questionnaire structure in a random format. Data gathered from this research instrument were then analyzed for interpretation. Along with primary data, the researcher also made use of secondary resources in the form of published articles and literatures to support the survey results.

Evaluation research is research conducted to measure the effectiveness or performance of a program, concept or campaign in achieving its objectives.c
