Rock N Roll Music Analysis

The sounds of music, water to the mind and soul of men. From the most melodious orchestra to the most sensational pop song, the art of sound and Melody has evolved hand in hand with humans. Throughout the years, I have come to love many kinds of musics, but only three of them hold a special place in my heart. The first type of music is the orchestra. These are thematic musical numbers usually seen in movies or video games. It’s composed from the ground up to be the formless embodiment of a scene or a moment in films and games. They vary depending on the movie or video game in question, those of action oriented titles are meant to be energetic and fast paced, while the ones for the horror genre tend to convey a dark, suspenseful atmosphere. But if sitting back and enjoy the melody is not required for the moment, I can always enjoy the Rock ‘n’ Roll type. Rock ‘n’ Roll started during the 1960s and continues to grow well into today. Their tempos are almost always fast paced and the lyrics are Mesmerizing. I hold a special love to the classic Rock songs of the Vietnam War, stars such as Jimi Hendrix, Rolling Stones a and more. Their songs set the benchmarks for this type of music for years to come. From the guitar solo section to the drummer’s relentless beats, and the singer’s voice hitting the high note at just the
Pop songs predictably have a very simple but catchy tune, it also has a set of lyric that is meant to be as pointless as possible. However, there are always those who go against standards. Singers like Michael Jackson have a history of using their songs to speak up about pressing social matters such as crimes, Racism, help the poor and other issues. Rarely does pop stars make such contribution to social awareness. In the end, pop music does have some fun catchy tunes and lyrics, but they are only meant for the most mindless of entertainment, unless you are a Michael Jackson
