Riptide is an enterprise wide initiative aimed at further improving the client experience by enhancing the features, tools and fee waivers available on the CIBC Smart Account. Based on the current adjudication criteria few CIBC Smart Accounts are ineligible for COPS( CIBC Overdraft Protection Services).This initiative will introduce some additional flexibility in the current adjudication
