Executive Summary
Modern Mobile Accessories is redefining how we perceive Mobile Accessories. Traditionally, Mobile Accessories remained out of the hands of most consumers due to their high cost. As a result, we have invested time and resources into finding ways to give the systems higher value and lower cost. Today, cellular phones are truly consumer electronics devices owned by almost everyone. We have potential customers everywhere because mobiles are used everywhere. Modern Mobile Accessories is taking advantage of an opportunity to become a highly distinguished and recognized leader in the Mobile Accessories industry. It is the goal of our company to become established as the leading distributor of Mobile Phone Accessories in Lahore. In order to achieve this goal, Modern Mobile Accessories critical success factors will be to identify emerging trends and integrate them into our business operations, respond quickly to technology changes/be there early, provide high-quality services, invest time and money in marketing and advertising, expand into specialty markets, and stay ahead of the "technology curve."

Mission
Modern Mobile Phone Accessories mission is to offer its customers the highest quality products. Additionally, the technological expertise to assist customers in picking the product that best meets their needs. Finally, our staff will have strong vendor relationships with the product suppliers and will be able to meet customers' demand for the newest innovation in mobile phone accessories. We believe it is important to remain an active member of the community, and to impact people's lives in more ways than deriving a profit from them. We propose to host community events that bring out the best in people. Objectives

The business plans to focus on the personal users. We intend to offer products and packages that are priced appropriately and will best suit segment's needs. Our company will concentrate on selling Mobile phone accessories of all brands available in the market.

The following are the products that will be offered Modern Mobile Accessories: Phone Covers and Cases of:  Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, Sony, htc, LG Electronics, and others. Other Products: Memory Cards, Batteries, cables and adapters, cases, chargers, USB Storage devices, Hands free.

Major Analysis
The market potential is huge for our products, evidenced by what appears to be the unstoppable growth of the telecom industry. Currently, the telecom industry is among the strongest growth industries and is responsible for huge gains in the capital markets. The proliferation of cellular phones is increasing at rates which at one time were unimaginable.
