SUBJECT: Resignation from the job.
Dear Sir, I am writing to you today to officially tender my resignation from Lahore Fashions effective Monday, October 11, 2010. I know that it is an instant resignation which is not a good thing for not only me but you also, because there is no one left here in accounts department but the circumstances created by Atif sb, compelled me to do it. I didn’t want to resign from my job because I promised to carry on it for a fixed time period. But, the reality is, I can’t bear the words spoken by you, Atif sb and Kashif sb as well and the lame blames at me. So, I decided to terminate my job. You know sir, I didn’t have aught over my hands i.e. you said. So, I don’t need to give any work to anyone thereinafter. I never thought I would ever leave such a great firm as Lahore Fashions, but when the opportunity arose to assist the manager accounts in Ibrahim Fibers Ltd. with comparatively too much better salary, which as you know has always been a lifelong dream for me, I simply had to take advantage of it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lahore Fashions, about all the people I’ve encountered in my years of service with the firm, and especially about you and all the others on the accounts depart. Your leadership has taken us all too new levels, and I have appreciated all your personal and professional advice over the years. It's my hope that we will stay in touch as I begin this new chapter in my life. If you have any questions, please ask. Thanks again for everything.
