La Royale is a trendy restaurant and bar that specializes in gourmet hamburgers. The kitchen is directed by chef Paco Pérez, who has been awarded five Michelin stars throughout his career. Each morning, the team at La Royale chops up the best fresh pieces of meat available in a refrigerated chopper. The bread is also made fresh in the restaurant every day without the use of additives or preservatives.
Begin the meal at La Royale with an appetizer like cured cheese in oil, patatas torres, toasted almonds or Russian salad. Dig into one of the restaurant’s famous burgers like the big boy club, the tuna or five mini-burgers, which includes a sampling of the Korean, the old cow, the empordà, the animals and the Nordic.
