Abstract
GDP is one of the best measures economics well-being. Real GDP measures the economy’s total output of goods and service and therefore an country’s ability to satisfy the needs and desire of its citizen. Nations with higher GDP per person have more of almost everything-bigger homes, more cars, higher literacy, better healthcare, and longer life expectancy and more internet connections. GDP depends on the factors of production capital (K), labor (L) and the on the technology for turning capital and labor into output. GDP grows when the factors when the factors of production increases or when economy becomes better at turning these inputs into output of goods and services. Public policies can raise GDP in the long run only by improving the productive capability of the economy .by raising national saving leads to a larger capital stock and by raising efficiency of labor such as by improving education system and technological progress will lead to higher use of capital and labor. And with rising of GDP determinates the standard of living goes up. People can afford better living, better education, better heath and better financial ability to have good food.
