As being both manager of the Rehbaum Properties 1, LLC and beneficiary of the Alfred W Rehbaum Jr Trust, I wish it be placed on record that I have been and am currently aware of the contractual conditions of the Royellou warehouse sale and subsequent consequence were the Trust to ignore said conditions. And as it has been recently noted in James' below reminder to both myself and Trustee, I strongly advise the Trust follow common practice and professional etiquette in honoring our contractual agreement to the Buyer; and prior to closing date of Wednesday, April 26th, the Trust remove ALL non-fastened elements from the Royellou warehouse. Furthermore to not strictly abide said contract would tarnish if not defeat the sterling reputation the
