ABSTRACT
This special project entitled “Computerized Record System of Palawan Agriculture Experiment Station (CRS-PAES)” prepared by Arque kareen M., Josol Mary Queensel V., Luberanes Cherry T., Martinito Reviejoy R., and Rico Alyssa Marie I. in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science Information of Technology, Palawan State University, and October, 2013.

This special project aimed to provide Computerized Record System for Palawan Agricultural Experiment Station (PAES). The Computerized Record System to be develops shall be handle the records and product income of the company.
The main objective of this study is to computerize the manual task in the data recording of the product of PAES. It aims to solve and establish an efficient way of product records by helping them to improve and hasten the product process of their company through developing a Computerized Record System. To easily produce consistent and accurate Product information needed by the CRS-PAES. And to provide security management on data storage and log-in security for authorized persons to access the system.
This study aimed to design and develop record system to solve problems encountered by PAES. The system includes the monitoring, updating, adding, and disabled records which work for managing records. This system will provide a computer based system that would aid the User/Admin in retrieval, editing and searching of records. It could
