Rape Survivor Child Custody Debate
The legislation addressing Rape Survivor Child Custody Act is of paramount interest to me because I am a woman and unfortunately in the future this bill could apply to me or someone I love. This issue directly impacts me and any other woman in the United States.

I am primarily concerned about how these rapists are even being considered to have any paternal rights, because these people are criminals and should be in jail rather than being granted any rights to the child. Other aspects of this same issue that affect

    Why should the government or the law determine whether a woman can and cannot have a baby? I believe that having a woman who was raped keep her baby is cruel, especially if she does not want a terrible event in her life to not only follow her around for the rest of her life, but the fact that she will never forget that terrifying event.
