Ramon's Pc Solutions Case Summary
Ramon’s PC Solutions must maintain strong relationships with its suppliers to guarantee we receive immediate attention and priority in pricing and delivery. We will exercise Strategic/tier-one suppliers relationships that includes the team component in collaboration. Both organizations realize the benefits of working together to maximize performance and increase efficiency. Both work together to develop a strategy to deliver a high-quality product, on time and at the lowest cost. Resource sharing is a common practice between buyer and supplier. The common rule to remember is that buying firms throughout the supply chain must avoid any antitrust violations including any appearance of price fixing or bid rigging.
