Raga Abheri Artifact

The human theme I chose was beauty. Beauty can be defined as a presence that bring an aesthetic experience, features or characteristics that are considered attractive and/or pure inner and outer Beauty of the body and soul. For India I chose music the artifact is Raja Abheri. Abheri is one of the most attractive, popular ragas known in India and Abheri is known for its attraction offering unimaginable settings for imagination. Beauty is represented in the Raga Abheri because the instruments are matching or imitating the voice. It has its own ascending and descending down and it comes together. Beauty is also represented because of her voice, creative expression in carnatic music. Her music is known to flow straight from the heart. The big picture raga was used as the melodic basis for all art music. It is the way of communicating.
This artifact represents beauty because the some of the facial expressions show sadness, the eyes represent nerves or scared. The artist combined what is wonderful about ancient Greek in the love of the body. However this artifact defines beauty because the carvings showed the war between the Greek gods and the Titans. The big picture The Pergamon Altar of Zeus, is considered one of the most important sites of the Hellenistic age. It was dedicated to Zeus and Athena in gratitude for their assistance in the war. Spain I chose art the artifact is the Dome of the Rock. This artifact represents beauty because they used the Qur'an to express the faith. Its dimensions and proportions, the forms found within it, and the colors that inspire it are all representative of the faith that inspired its construction. The big picture is where the first and second temple stood. It is the oldest works of Islamic architecture. The Dome of the Rock is the place where Abraham offered to sacrifice Issac.
