Racism: Is Society Fair Or Unfair?

Are society is unfair in the way of Forcing changes to tests, and appealing to the lowest common denominator belief of being treated unfairly by a skewed system, is a sure-fire way to continue raking in votes. Tests and exams do not create inequality; they merely expose the inequality that already exists. To force employers to employ a certain race over another regardless of test scores or academic performance makes a good show, and those opposed to such policies are easily painted as heartless and cruel to the plight of the disadvantaged.

A way to fix this is to make some test not as hard on teens and children. For the races of different people and the test they have to take is not right. No matter what race we are we all should get the same test. Blacks back in the day had to take a reading test that was harder then what whites had to take. Now hispanics that have came from mexico have test that harder then other people that have to take test. Hispanics and blacks are looked down in this society for there race.
