Race should not be considered in a social matter, such as job interviews, events, and any other occasions of interaction. Race is simply biological. It is a part of them, yet to others, it shouldn’t matter what color of skin or where a person origins are set unless it affects a situation or is needed to be addressed. In the modern world, race cannot go unnoticed, but people do not have to let it influence the way they act towards a person. In the essay, “What is Race?” by Victor M.
